Listing Commercial Real Estate ? Hire a Professional Commercial Real Estate Photographer
We all know that almost everything is available on the web.? Every consumer is shopping online and that includes real estate.? Every potential commercial real estate or residential home buyer is previewing and making decisions about properties on real estate websites.? It only makes good business sense to compliment a listing with professional quality real estate photography.
Whether a prospective buyer is looking for an investment property or their dream home, they will be attracted to warm and inviting accurately photographed interior space photos.? That is achieved with high quality professional real estate photography.? This includes a property?s exterior, grounds and just about every room.
Recently I was hired to take professional quality real estate photos at the Sophia Peace Center in Dolores, Colorado.? The full-service event facility will soon be listed on the commercial real estate market throughout the United States.? The sprawling complex rests on 30 acres of beautiful Mesa Verde landscape with the San Juan Mountains serving as a backdrop.
Sophia Peace Center has 28 hotel style rooms for over 80 guests. The facility also includes a grand ballroom, commercial kitchen with bar, luxury master suite, an outdoor pavilion and walking labyrinth that is an exact replica of the labyrinth at?Chartres Cathedral in France.
As a Denver real estate photographer, when I photograph a property, I use a 16-35mm wide-angle lens that offers a very natural perspective of an interior space.? I then combine the natural available light with on off camera strobe, sometimes bounced off a wall or ceiling.? This method creates a well-balanced interior architectural image. All my images are horizontally and vertically precise.? This is achieved with a combination of tools that include a grid focusing screen, bubble level and some of the great lens distortion removal tools in Adobe?s Photoshop CS6.
Another great real estate photography tool is the 360-degree panoramic image.? This image is seamless 360-degree view of an exterior or interior and is viewed in panoramic image viewer.? The 360-degree image is a blending of 12 still vertical images that create a full surround view of a space.? It is a great way for potential customers to view an entire indoor or outdoor space.
A Denver real estate photographer must be able to apply a variety of skills and techniques to showcase properties at their best.
