Khloe Kardashian gets "Punk'd" by pals Miley Cyrus and Kelly Osbourne.

MTV's classic prank show "Punk'd" makes its newly revamped return in March, but fans of celebrity hijinks don't have to wait that long to get their first glimpse of puckish B-list behavior.
In a new sneak peek, singer Miley Cyrus and "Fashion Police" co-host Kelly Osborne decide to pull a fast one on their pal Khloe Kardashian by having a delivery guy suffer an embarrassing and completely fake injury in her presence.
"She thinks she's just coming out and going to have a girls hang-out time and order food," Cyrus said, explaining the setup."When the delivery guy shows up, he's going to ask to use my bathroom."
After that, the scheme involved the man getting his -- ahem -- equipment caught in his zipper.
Warning: This clip could be considered not safe for work ? or for home, if you'd rather not hear the screams of a man in the midst of a (faux) testicular emergency.
The gent can be seen busying himself with plenty of clutching and screaming in the background, while Kardashian gets on the phone with 911, or more accurately MTV's wise-guy version of 911.
"Sir, the paramedic said that if you don't lay down, you could lose your testicle," a concerned, and clearly disturbed, Kardashian warned.
For the rest of the gag, viewers will have to wait until March 19. Among those eagerly awaiting the gag? The Kardashian family.
"I can't believe @KhloeKardashian never told anyone in the fam she got Punk'd!!!!" sister Kim tweeted?Monday.?"I can't wait to see this episode! ... Too funny! Can't wait to watch!"
Former host Ashton Kutcher will be executive producing the show this time around, while each week will feature a new celeb host. Among those playing pranks on their fellow stars? Justin Bieber, Kellan Lutz, Dax Shepard and Bam Margera.
